A line of stimulating measures is taken by the state for the development of entrepreneurship in Yevlakh and Sabirabad pilot agricultural parks, and these activities will be continued regularly. Thus, it is planned to build the external and internal infrastructure system of agricultural parks at the expense of state funds, to issue an investment promotion document to residents, and to implement “one-stop shop” system.
