Hajigabul Industrial District was established by Decree No. 3127 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 25, 2017 "On the establishment of Hajigabul Industrial District".

Water reservoirs and a pumping station of the industrial district ensure an uninterrupted supply of water. The capacity of potable water is 47.5 m3/hour.
