Final finishing works is underway at the production plant of soft polymer packaging products of "AK PACK" LLC, a resident of the Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park under the management of the Economic Zones Development Agency (EZIA). Thus, the testing and adjustment of the equipment has been started at the enterprise, and the construction of the warehouse for raw and ready-made materials will be started in the near future.

More than 20 types of products will be produced on 2 production lines in the enterprise using Italian and Turkish technologies.

35 people will be provided with permanent jobs in the enterprise, the investment value of which is more than 7 million manats. In addition to the sale of the manufactured products in the domestic market, it is also planned to export them to the countries of Central Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

It should be noted that "AK PACK" LLC was granted a residency status of Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park in May 2022, and the enterprise is planned to be commissioned in the first half of 2023.
