On August 19, the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan Bahrom Ashrafkhanov became acquainted with the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park.

Director of Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park LLC Elshad Nuriyev made the Ambassador informed about industrial parks and districts operating in the country, favorable conditions enabled for entrepreneurs, and preferential mechanisms and services provided to residents. The Ambassador was also informed of agricultural parks, which are an important mechanism for the development of agriculture, and Uzbek businessmen were called to take advantage of the favorable business and investment environment in the industrial parks of our country.

Ambassador Bahrom Ashrafkhanov also underlined the great potential for widening cooperation in industrial and agricultural processing noting that his country places a high premium on the development of relations with Azerbaijan.
