More than half of the Industrial Park has been cleared of mines
As is commonly known, the Araz Valley Economic Zone industrial park was established by the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 4, in accordance with the priority of the revival of Garabagh, in order to realize the industrial potential of the region, reintegration into the country's economy, and ensure employment of the population.
Efforts are made in a phased manner to create a favorable investment climate for entrepreneurs in the Araz Valley Economic Zone industrial park, and to date, 105 hectares (52%) out of the 200 hectares allocated for the Park have been cleared of mines. A conceptual plan of the Industrial Park has been developed and the installation of containers for organizing the social zone of the Park will launch in the coming days.
