A new resident - "Holcim (Azerbaijan)" OJSC will build a factory for the production of commodity concrete and dry adhesive, and a cement sales terminal will be established.

A new resident - "Holcim (Azerbaijan)" OJSC was registered in the "Araz Valley Economic Zone" Industrial Park, which is managed by the Economic Zones Development Agency (EZDA) under the Ministry of Economy.

The new resident will build a factory for the production of commercial concrete and dry adhesives on the 5-hectare territory of the Industrial Park, as well as a cement sales terminal.

It is planned to provide permanent employment to more than 20 people in the enterprise with an investment value of 3.4 million manats. The products to be produced will be sold in the domestic market.

Note: Until now, 3 business entities have been registered as residents and 1 business entity as non-residents in "Araz Valley Economic Zone" Industrial Park located in Jabrayil district.
