The incentive mechanisms implemented in industrial parks not only create a favorable business environment for investors but also make a significant contribution to expanding production and advancing the non-oil industrial sector.
Under the tax incentive regime, residents are exempt from property, land, and profit taxes for a period of 10 years.
In addition, customs duty and VAT exemptions apply to machinery, technological equipment, and installations imported for production purposes, allowing them to be brought into the country free of customs duties and value-added tax (VAT).
As a result of these incentive mechanisms, residents of industrial parks have saved a total of AZN 567 million to date, including AZN 42.3 million in 2025 alone.
These incentives help reduce business costs, enhance the country's investment attractiveness, and create favorable conditions for the development of a competitive industrial sector.
