The participation fee is not refundable in any way.

To participate in the tender, participants must submit the following documents:

• A written request for participation in a tender request;
• Bank document on participation fee payment;
• Price offer (must be valid for at least 30 banking days after opening the envelope);
• Bank guarantee in the amount of 1% of the offer price (60 banking days after the expiration of the offer);
• A certificate from the relevant state bodies on the absence of overdue obligations for taxes and other obligatory payments in the Azerbaijan Republic;
•  Bank statement on the financial situation of the applicant for the last year;
• Name, legal status, charter, country of registration and details of the applicant;
• Other required documents.

Documents must be filled in the Azerbaijani language, in duplicate (original and copy) (foreign language must be translated into Azerbaijani).

The request for proposals procedure will be carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”.

Bidders must provide the above documents (with the exception of the application and a bank guarantee) by September 26, 2019, as well as a tender and bank guarantee in sealed double envelopes, by October 4, 2019 18:00 at the office of Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park LLC at Demirchi Tower, Khojaly Avenue, 37, Baku, no later than October 13, 2019.

Tender proposals will be opened at 15:00, October 7, 2019 at the office of Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park LLC at Demirchi Tower, Khojaly Avenue, 37, Baku.

The authorized representatives may participate during the openening of envelopes.
