The resident of SCIP has started exporting urea fertilizer to another European country

Urea fertilizer was exported to Slovenia by SOCAR Carbamide plant, a resident of Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park, and at the initial stage, about 5 thousand tons of products were sold to this country.

 

The export geography of the SOCAR Carbamide plant, a resident of the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park under the management of Economic Zones Development Agency (EZDA) continues expanding. Thus, for the first time, the company started exporting products to Slovenia and at the initial stage about 5000 tons of urea fertilizer was sent to this country. 

 

It should be noted that the SOCAR Carbamide plant was registered as a resident of the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park in 2017, and the plant produces nitrogen fertilizer on the territory of the Industrial Park. 

 

Up to date, the products manufactured at the enterprise have been exported to 23 countries of the world (Brazil, India, Turkey, Russia, Israel, Poland, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Italy, Georgia, etc.) under the “Made in Azerbaijan” brand.
