Representatives of Turkish media outlets were briefed on the projects being implemented at Aghdam Industrial Park and the opportunities created for investors.

Representatives of Turkish media outlets visiting Azerbaijan toured Aghdam Industrial Park, managed by the Economic Zones Development Agency under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. They were informed about the projects being implemented in the Industrial Park and the favorable conditions created for investors.

The visitors were informed that resident status has been granted to 30 business entities with a total planned investment of nearly AZN 300 million, while four entrepreneurs have been granted non-resident status. To date, more than AZN 177 million has been invested in the Industrial Park, creating 1,230 permanent jobs. Currently, 12 enterprises are operating in the Park, construction of another 12 enterprises is underway, and the design work for 10 more enterprises is in progress.

It was noted that the Industrial Park manufactures construction materials, metal products, electrical distribution equipment, roofing and façade materials, wallpaper, specialized work footwear, concrete substations and other products. During the first six months of 2026, the Park's residents sold products worth AZN 976 million, including exports valued at AZN 42 million.

As part of the visit, the Turkish media representççatives also observed the production processes at enterprises operating in the Industrial Park.
