The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park LLC is quoting proposals for the purchase of works on the following lots.

Lot 1. Development of design and estimate documentation for changing the design of the basement for installing workshop equipment in the basements C and E of the Vocational School located on 167.66 hectares of the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park.

Lot 2. Development of a project for urbanization of parking on 94.13 hectares of the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park located at str. S. Vurgun 1183.

Bidders are invited to submit their quotations in double envelopes in sealed, signed and written form. To fulfill the contract, participants must have the necessary financial and technical resources. After transferring the participation fee in the lot to the indicated account, those who wish to participate in the procedure by writing a letter can receive basic conditions in the Azerbaijani language at the office of Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park LLC, at Demirchi Tower, Khojaly Avenue, 37, Baku. The participation fee is not refundable in any way.

To participate in the tender, participants must submit the following documents:

• A written request for participation in a tender request;
• Bank document on participation fee payment;
• Price offer (must be valid for at least 30 banking days after opening the envelope);
• Bank guarantee in the amount of 1% of the offer price (30 banking days after the expiration of the offer);
• A certificate from the relevant state bodies on the absence of overdue obligations for taxes and other obligatory payments in the Azerbaijan Republic;
• Bank statement on the financial situation of the applicant for the last year;
• Name, legal status, charter, country of registration and details of the applicant;
• A copy of the document confirming the position of the manager;
• Other required documents.

Documents must be filled in the Azerbaijani language, in duplicate (original and copy) (foreign language must be translated into Azerbaijani).

The request for proposals procedure will be carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”.

To participate in the procedure, applicants must submit the above documents to the office of Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park LLC at Khojaly Avenue, 37, Demirchi Tower, no later than October 13, 2019.

Envelopes submitted late will be returned without opening.

Tender proposals will be opened at 16:00, October 25, 2019 at the office of Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park LLC at Demirchi Tower, Khojaly Avenue, 37, Baku.

The authorized representatives may participate during the openening of envelopes.
