On February 19, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Azerbaijan Wolfgang Manig and a group of Embassy staff got acquainted with the activities of Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park.

The embassy was demonstrated a video presentation on the activities of industrial parks. They were informed about the successful industrialization policy pursued in the country, launched industrial parks, the opportunities created here for entrepreneurs, and the benefits applied.

The delegation of the German Embassy got acquainted with the construction of the glass production plant of Azerfloat CJSC, which is a resident of Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park. The plant will use the technology of the HORN Glass Industries AG Company of Germany with 125 years of experience.

The delegation was also informed about the Professional Training Center that will operate in Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park. A dialogue was conducted on the use of German experience in the Training Center.
